Reflection Questions
Below are a series of questions for you to contemplate on your commute, when you're in the bathroom, or whenever you choose to explore mindfulness.
“Right here, right now, there is no other place I want to be.”
What part of your day are you often running in auto-pilot?
When your mind wanders, are you more likely to be thinking about the past or the future?
What feelings do you allow and what feelings do you tell yourself you shouldn’t feel?
Who would benefit if you were more present and less judgmental?
“Look closely at the present you are constructing: it should look like the future you are dreaming.”
What is one thing about the present you can change to reflect the future you desire?
“The most difficult times for many of us are the ones we give ourselves.”
what is a critical thought you’ve been having about yourself lately?
Instead of pushing negative thoughts away, or worse - believing them, start writing them down and becoming super curious about your inner critic.
You look disgusting
What a stupid thing to say
They’re going to see right through you
No one wants you there
You have no idea what you’re doing
