What feelings do you allow and what feelings do you tell yourself you shouldn’t feel?
Who would benefit if you were more present and less judgmental?
What is one thing about the present you can change to reflect the future you desire?
what is a critical thought you’ve been having about yourself lately?
Instead of pushing negative thoughts away, or worse - believing them, start writing them down and becoming super curious about your inner critic.
