Reflection Questions

Below are a series of questions for you to contemplate on your commute, when you're in the bathroom, or whenever  you choose to explore mindfulness.

  • When your mind wanders, are you more likely to be thinking about the past or the future?

  • What feelings do you allow and what feelings do you tell yourself you shouldn’t feel?

Instead of pushing negative thoughts away, or worse - believing them, start writing them down and becoming super curious about your inner critic.

  • You look disgusting

  • What a stupid thing to say

  • They’re going to see right through you

  • No one wants you there

  • You have no idea what you’re doing
